All about Home-Start Lucan Home-Start Lucan was set up in 2004. Marija Van Zettin is the Co-ordinator. Marija is from Holland and became a volunteer in 2002 with Home-Start Blanchardstown. Marija could really see the need for Home-Start in Lucan, where she lives, and set about getting funding. After much hard work and lots of knocking on doors Marija secured funding from Vodafone. With support and training from Home-Start National Office, Marija recruited and trained her first volunteers. Marija has a family morning on Wednesdays in and has volunteers visiting families.
