Blanchardstown & District Credit Union

Blanchardstown Business Centre situated at the corner of Clonsilla Road and Main Street Blanchardstown is one of the many small commercial enclaves which thrive in the vibrant environment of Dublin 15.  Because of the large number of information technology industries operating in and around Blanchardstown, Dublin 15 is sometimes referred to as  ‘Silicon Valley, Ireland’.  This particular and rather beautifully landscaped small business centre houses the local credit union which is run by friendly and helpful staff.  The harmonising of buildings, landscaping, mature trees and adequate car parking spaces has created an ideal and environmentally friendly atmosphere in which business is easily transacted.  Blanchardstown & District Credit Union open every day except Sunday and most evenings, check opening times by ringing 8203495.

Credit unions offer financial services to people wishing to borrow money at a competitive rate and save at the same time, it’s simple  money management.  Members make deposits each week into a savings account.  When money is required for that special purchase, a low interest loan is taken out.  Regular repayments are agreed, normal weekly deposits are made, thus protecting member’s accumulated savings.
