Membership Because of the unique structure of Toasmasters you can join at any time of the year and you gain exactly the same benefits. You progress at your own pace so members are all at different stages of their public speaking and leadership development. When you join you get a starter kit which includes information, ideas and suggestions for your first 10 speaking projects. You also get a leadership training manual and other Toastmaster manuals. Every month a very professional monthly magazine from Toastmasters International is posted free to your address. You can also be given a sponsor who will assist you with the development of your speeches especially in the early stages.
